Exploring nature should be for everyone.
Trail11y is a mobile app designed to make hiking accessible for all. It provides detailed, reliable, and community-driven information about trails, focusing on accessibility, real-time updates, and an intuitive user experience.
The project was developed using Design Thinking methodologies, following an iterative process of five phases: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Validate/Evaluate. This human-centered approach aims to understand users’ needs in order to create innovative solutions.
Based on Problem Statement, Pain Points and User Needs and Motivations, I could redefine statements turned in to potential Key-Features organized and structured through the Information Architecture. While User Flow utilizes that structure to guide users efficiently. Together, they ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.
Collecting the feedback and results after working on the research and based on the User Flows and Information Architecture, allowed me to start prototyping the product in Low-Fidelity.
The next step was to work on the Style Guides:
Color palette, Typography and Image world.
